GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Roses Only branded packaging is available in most locations of the North Island: Auckland City, Manukau City, Waitakere City, North Shore City, Northland, Whangarei, Kaitaia, Dargaville, Wellsford, Warkworth, Pukekohe, Waiuku, Bay of Plenty, Tauranga, Te Puke, Mount Maunganui, Rotorua and Taupo, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu, Wanganui, East Coast and many others.

Roses Only offers different delivery options within New Zealand, depending on the area to which your order is being sent.

Guaranteed Same Day Delivery in Auckland
(Monday to Saturday- excluding Public Holidays)

• Within Auckland Metropolitan area we offer a Standard Delivery service to business addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 7pm, as long as your order is placed by 12pm (New Zealand Standard Time) on your desired day of delivery. If your order has been placed online, our Online Delivery Guide will notify you about the additional charges (min. NZ$9.95)

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - North Island
(for orders placed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

• As long as your order is placed BY 3pm (New Zealand Standard Time) on the DAY BEFORE your desired delivery date, Roses Only is able to offer Next Day Delivery ( or delivery on your specified future date). Our service guarantees delivery by 5pm to a business address or by 7pm to a residence. Specific Time Deliveries are not available in these areas. Min. delivery fee NZ$9.95 applies, as per our Online Delivery Guide.

Saturday Deliveries:
Saturday deliveries are available throughout our entire New Zealand delivery network. *Conditions apply.

• Auckland City
  We need to receive your order no later than 12pm in order to make a same day delivery with min. NZ$9.95 delivery fee.
  
  
• Other New Zealand areas - North Island
  We need to receive your order no later than 3pm FRIDAY in order to make a Saturday delivery. Additional delivery fees (min. NZ$9.95) apply for Saturday deliveries.
  

Public Holiday Deliveries
Roses Only Group is not delivering on Sundays or any Public Holidays. Roses Only representative will contact you to discuss alternative delivery arrangements and notify you of any restrictions if there is an issue with the delivery date selected on your order.

Nationwide Areas Outside Roses Only Delivery Network
Although we can promise the freshest quality of seasonal flowers and delivery through one of our national affiliates, we are unable to offer our signature Roses Only branding and ongoing monthly specials to areas located outside our Roses Only Delivery Network. We advise that delivery may take up to 24 hours and weekend delivery conditions may vary. Consequently, we recommend that you place your order the day before delivery.

International Deliveries
International orders can be placed online and delivered worldwide. Flowers will be supplied by one of over 10,000 affiliated suppliers located throughout the world. Although we undertake to guarantee the freshest quality of seasonal flowers, we are unable to offer our signature Roses Only branding and ongoing monthly specials. Please be advised that international orders can take up to 48 hours to be delivered.

Notification of Delivery Fees
Should any delivery restrictions or any other additional charges apply for your order placed online, you will be contacted by a Roses Only Internet Sales Consultant by telephone and if unsuccessful, then via email. You will receive an automatic email confirmation of receipt of your order shortly after your order is submitted. This does not mean that your order and delivery requirements have been processed, only that your order has been successfully placed online. Once your order has been processed by our Sales Team, you will receive a second email confirmation.
