By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or by completing the registration process to become a member of Roses Only ("a Member"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Roses Only may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

Refunds
As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call our Customer Service Department on 0800 908 890 (Option # 3 - international +800 00908 890) to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the flowers you have sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. In-store refunds are only processed through our head office and will not be issued in-store. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.

Fraud
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Roses Only does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website.  It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)
Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 12.5%. All prices advertised are inclusive of all taxes applicable to the respective countries that the product is being delivered in. This is a broad based tax on consumption, which applies to the supply of most goods and services. 

Currency
All prices on rosesonly.co.nz are listed in New Zealand (NZD).

Alcohol
All alcoholic products offered for sale by Roses Only are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years.

Substitutions
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Flowers
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Specialty gifts
Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.

Refunds
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 NZD administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Roses Only 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

Terms used on our websites

Free* delivery

New Zealand locations- * free delivery means delivery to locations within the Roses Only delivery network.  Generally delivery will be next day.  However selected locations within the Auckland metro area offer same day delivery if orders are placed by 10am (NZ time).

Australian locations- * free delivery means within our Roses Only Delivery Network and delivery will be to MOST business addresses by 5pm and MOST residential addresses by 7pm. GENERALLY your order must be placed by 10am on the desired day of delivery in order for it to be sent on our free delivery service. Conditions may apply for this as it largely depends on the distance of your desired delivery location.
