Delivery Information
Roses Only offers different delivery options within New Zealand, depending on the area to which your order is being sent.

Guaranteed Same Day Delivery (Excludes Wellington)
(Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays)

Auckland City, Manukau City, Waitakere City, North Shore City

• Within these areas we offer a free* delivery service to MOST business addresses by 5pm and MOST residential addresses by 7pm, as long as your order is placed by 11am on your desired day of delivery. Should a specific time delivery outside these parameters (e.g. delivery by 2pm) be required, the order will be sent on a priority service and charged at the customer’s expense. If your order has been placed online, a Roses Only representative will contact you to notify you of the additional charges required for your timed delivery request.

It is often may be possible for Roses Only to still offer same day delivery for orders placed after 11am the cut off times listed above, especially if the delivery destination is within close proximity to our nearest location to the point of delivery. Please be mindful that additional charges may apply depending on the time of day your order is placed and/or depending on the distance to which you require delivery.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

Saturday Deliveries 
Saturday deliveries are available throughout our entire New Zealand delivery network but conditions do apply.

• Auckland City, Manukau City, Waitakere City, North Shore City
  We need to receive your order no later than 11am on Saturday morning in order to make a same-day delivery.
  
  It may be possible for Roses Only to still offer same day delivery for orders placed after the cut off times listed above, especially if the delivery destination is within close proximity to our nearest location. Please be mindful that additional charges may apply depending on the time of day your order is placed and/or depending on the distance to which you require delivery.
  
  
• Franklin - Pukekohe, Waiuku and Tuakau
  We need to receive your order no later than 3pm Friday in order to make a Saturday delivery. Delivery fees apply.
  
  
• All other New Zealand areas
  We need to receive your order no later than 3pm FRIDAY in order to make a Saturday delivery. Delivery fees apply.

A minimum surcharge of $19.50 may apply and specific timed deliveries may also be unavailable on these days. If you place an order for an area to which we are not servicing on a public holiday, a Roses Only representative will contact you to notify you of any restrictions and to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.

Public Holiday Deliveries
Please be advised that delivery restrictions within our Roses Only Delivery Network may States on public holidays. If you place an order for an area to which we are not servicing on a public holiday, a Roses Only representative will contact you to notify you of any restrictions and to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.

Nationwide Areas Outside Roses Only Delivery Network
Although we can promise the freshest quality of seasonal flowers and delivery through one of our national affiliates, we are unable to offer our signature Roses Only branding and ongoing monthly specials to areas located outside our Roses Only Delivery Network. We advise that delivery may take up to 24 hours and weekend delivery conditions may vary. Consequently, we recommend that you place your order the day before delivery is required. To view our full product range for areas outside our delivery network, please visit the Nationwide section of our website. While we aim to match the flowers presented on this site to your order, due to seasonal factors this is not always possible. Therefore, our pictures should be used as a guide only.

International Deliveries
International orders can be placed online and delivered worldwide. Flowers will be supplied by one of over 10,000 affiliated suppliers located throughout the world. Although we undertake to guarantee the freshest quality of seasonal flowers, we are unable to offer our signature Roses Only branding and ongoing monthly specials. Please be advised that international orders can take up to 48 hours to be delivered.

Notification of Delivery Fees
Should delivery restrictions or additional charges apply for your order placed online, you will be contacted by a Roses Only Internet Sales Consultant by telephone and if unsuccessful, then via email. You will receive an automatic email confirmation of receipt of your order shortly after your order is submitted. This does not mean that your order and delivery requirements have been processed, only that your order has been successfully placed online. Once your order has been processed by our Internet Team,  you will receive a second email confirmation stating with a 5-digit numeric order number for your reference.
